I am looking for MultiNetwork Manager(NetSwitcher) program.Which will you offer to me? How can I download? Thanks

Well, it just depends how much you are willing to spend. Multinetwork manager 6.2 by vnunet has recieved favourable reviews (download from http://www.vnunet.com/Download/1116391) They provide a time limited demo, so you can evaluate it before buying it and it costs $36 to purchase.
Or alternatively, Globesoft's version 6.3(via http://www.webattack.com/get/multinet.shtml)

A cheaper alternative is NetSwitcher 2.98 (30 day trial, then $14 to register, trial version available from downloads.com)

Apart from that, I have not found any free netswitching programs, if you are not willing to spend money, then try to search for free alternatives on yahoo, altavista or google (although I expect the paid ones offer better features and support).
