As a member you can:

Help people through the eHelp system,
Help people on the eTalk community and possibly become a moderator
Eventually rise through the Helpforce staff and take on jobs of increasing importance to help Helpforce provide an excellent service.
Members who we feel do outstanding work for Helpforce and have excellent skills in a particular area may even get the chance to sit on the Helpforce Executive board.
