Remote eHelp - Bringing support to your users

Helpforce Remote eHelp is a brand new service to bring technical support directly to your web site and your users.

Remote eHelp provides a pop-up form, linked from your web site which users can fill out and submit to us for technical support assistance.

This could be useful to you if you can't provide your own technical support for manpower or other reasons, your site is too small to warrant setting up your own support, you need a fast and convenient way to provide support directly to your users.

How does Remote eHelp work?

All you need to do to get Remote eHelp up and running is fill out the form below. We will then send you an email containing HTML code and instructions on how to put this code into your web site. Once thats done, Remote eHelp will be up and running! You need not do anything else.

Whats the catch?
There are no catches, no contracts. This is a free service provided by us, you are under no minimum subscription, you can remove the service if you don't like it or whenever you want to for any reason.
All we ask is that you use the HTML code we supply and do not doctor, edit or modify it in any way.
